Hen is lethargic and opening mouth in a yawn

One of our older girls (4-5 years)has been sitting on the porch today, head down, eyes closed. She sometimes raises her head and opens her mouth in a big yawn. She also had a mostly water poop a little while ago. She seemed fine yesterday. We give them ACV in their water daily. They are free range. She is drinking but I haven't seen her eat today. Crop seems ok, tail is up as usual. Any ideas?
