Hen is "Mooing"

I have a hen that is making 'mooing' noises, every other breath, a vocal noise on her exhale; all day long today. It does NOT come out like a chicken trying to crow. She is eating and looking around, and acting normally otherwise,,,,Any ideas?

Chickens can make some strange vocalizations.
If it is happening on every exhale, it could be a respiratory issue and not a vocalization.

How old is she?
Any chance of posting a video with sound?
