Hen is sick, fluffed up and can't stand up

I did find a vet from the list that would check a fecal sample it will cost $30 and they
would see her for 70 plus tests. She also told me she didn't think she had cocci.
If Cocci can be seen under a scope I wonder at what strength it could be seen at.

Can you post a picture of her poop and her face? Has her crop emptied yet? If her comb is pale? If it is, I'd be willing to bet that she's anemic from either the mites, some other disease or both and that has weakened her so much so that she can't walk. I guess it could be coccidiosis, but unless she's drinking a normal amount of water, she'll never get the correct dose of Corid or Sulmet.

The upside of going to the vet would be that they could show you how to give her sub-q fluids, tube feed, set you up with the proper meds, syringes, tubes and sell you a bag of fluids to take home.

I really feel for you.

Here are a few pictures of her.Her crop has emptied.I just noticed that one of her eyes don't look normal,it could have always been this way, usually when we hold her she would close her eye,she has done that since she was a baby.In the pictures one of her eyes are foggy,it's not really that way looking at her but that eye does look different.I keep her box clean and just cleaned out the poop, but will try to get pics later.

Do you have any cat or dog food? You could try soaking that in water and force feed her that. Try to get her crop to the size of a golf ball. You could also try cooked pasta. It's slimy enough that it should go down easily. I'd use the elbow type, it's a perfect size

Here is the picture of the poop but the color is a little off.The part that looks green was actually white. It had not been runny until she stopped eating, even yesterday it was a dark green solid.

I forgot to add that I was able to get her to eat a few small seeds. She will eat nothing else.So far I have tried eggs, bread, rice and honeydew.I will try noodles and I'll pick up some dog or
cat food tomorrow.

Have you tried feeding her crumbles, yogurt and water? Mix together until it is a mash. They really do love it. I am seeing some purple in her comb. Is this really there or, is a trick of the camera? You need to get some protein into her. Noodles will not help much...have you tried fresh mealworms? tuna? chicken livers? The crumbles mash is a great way to get everything she needs into her at once.

At this point, I would crush up some of the penicillin and give her that. You have nothing to lose. I know I asked this before but, don't see the answer. When was the last time she layed an egg?
I would give her 1/4 of the penicilling tab at a time...you could mix it into the mash.

I really think you need to force feed her. If you have noodles, great. Also try the melon or egg, either hard boiled or scrambled. It will take time, but if you can do it without stressing her too much, I think it will help. Is she still drinking a little?

Leadwolf's food ideas are good ones and I agree that she needs protein, but if you don't have any protein there, noodles are better than nothing.
