Hen is stiff and lethargic

I noticed one of our hens last night laying on the ground. When I first picked her up I thought she was dead because she was so stiff. She went outside today and has eaten food, but she is still stiff and just stands with her head dropping down with her eyes closed. She occasionally lifts her head up to look around. I’ve never experienced egg binding so I don’t know if it’s that or not. I don’t notice a wobble in her walk, she just walks very slowly. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
