Hen is very warm and lethargic

My hen isn't walking around much, she feels warmer than normal. What kind of treatment is recommended? Thanks
Please answer a few questions so one of us could help you better:

What breed and age is she?
Is she eating? If so, what?
How is her poop? Normal? Runny? Color?
Is she losing feathers?
How long has she been like this?
Does she have any other symptoms besides being warm?
How many others do you have and are they acting similar?

She is a white leghorn. Unsure of her age because she is a rescue. She didn't eat yesterday but I did get her to drink some water. I'm not sure on her poop because it came on so quickly she wasn't isolated. She just finished molting about a week ago. There isn't any other symptoms other than obvious she isn't feeling well.

Have you tried tempting her with fresh scrambled egg and is she drinking?

We brought her in the house, soaked her in an Epsom bath. She did drink quite a bit of water so that was a plus. I purchased some calcium citrate but not exactly sure on how to administrator. Any suggestions?

She's a rescue - how new to you is she?

Please post photos of her and her poop.

Is her crop emptying overnight? She's drinking a lot - check that crop.
Did she lay eggs during molt?
Do you note any bloat or fluid in the abdomen below the vent between her legs?
Any lice/mites?

To give the Calcium Citrate, pull down on her wattles to open the beak, pop the tablet into the beak, immediately let go of the wattles and let her swallow.
