If a hen is just standing and not eating much, there could be several things to check for: worms or other parasites (have you checked the stool), something is internally wrong and probably with her ability to lay eggs; are there any open wounds, especially by and around the tail end where maggots could be feeding on the hen?

She was actually egg bound, but she's recovered now
