Hen just sitting listless with humped back.

This hen is always active and healthy but there’s something wrong. We just let them out to free range and she’s just standing there with her back all humped. Please help!

My knowledge will be useless. Have you examined/gotten closer pics?

I assume you can't catch her to investigate it, but when she goes to the coop tonight, I'd take her in the house and thoroughly check her over. This could be everything from an infection to a boil to who knows.

When you've checked on her and found out, please let us know!

What's it feel like? Maybe give her a bath if you have to so you can see easier.
