Hen just standing/sleeping on the floor?

Have you tried moving her? This is the main reason why I like to get chicks used to roosts early on. It helps a lot when transitioning to the coop.
 
Maybe because they duck to go on it? are they Cochins ?
Buff Orpingtons, also my hen appears to squat, get back up and then squat. I can't tell which of my hens she is, because she might be at the bottom of the pecking order and didnt make it to the roosting bars in time to claim a spot.
 
She has been in the coop and roosting for a while. 1st time I've seen her do this
Any bullies in the flock?
Any other symptoms? Is she acting weird? Check her over to see if she has any issues.

Edit: Check for mites/lice, leg issues, legthargy, and anything abnormal.

Are your roosts all the same height? Or varying heights?
