Hen keeps neck bent, keeps swallowing hard

I have a Modern Game Bantam hen that will not eat or drink on her own. Her neck seems bent and she makes a swallowing motion sometimes over and over. I have been giving her vitamin water with a dropper yesterday and today. I don't see any improvement. I can't get her to eat.

Anyone have any ideas?

Could she have an injury like a dislocated/partial fracture of the neck? Games are a bit flighty, so I am wondering if she didn't launch herself into a wall at full tilt.

Check for an impacted crop.

That neck motion usually makes me check for sour crop or impacted crop.

Thanks for the replies, but it's not sour crop. There is nothing at all in her crop. I did wonder if she was injured, but I don't think that's it either. I'm at a loss. She won't last long this way.
