I gave my hen 6 eggs to sit on as she is well broody this was 11/04/2021 I left her in the coop with all the others, big mistake, as as she got off to feed, drink and dustbathe another hen got in to lay and she just went into another nest box. When I got home from work I checked her and put her back on the right eggs where she would sit all night, this happened for 4 days. I then resorted to separating her from the flock and put her in my smaller old coop and put a run round it so the other hens would not be able to get in to her. My question is after being sat on for four nights then getting cold during the day will these eggs still be viable?

Depending on the temperatures in your area and provided they are fertile, they should still be viable as a broody will lay a clutch of some 7-17 eggs before setting for good, so these eggs will be warmed up and getting cold each time she lays another egg.

You might want to candle the eggs after 7-10 days to find out how many of them develop properly.

Yes I know that they would warm up whilst adding to the clutch but surely that is only for the time it takes to lay the egg, not all afternoon and night which is 16 hours. I would come home at 2.30 to 3 and find her in the wrong nest so I put her back on the right one where she would stay until the coop opened in the morning, set to open at 6.30. She has been sat on the for 13 days now and I have tried candling last year but no idea what I'm doing.

After 13 days it should be easy to determine if the eggs have developed correctly. Here are infos and pictures for each day of incubation to compare:
