Hen laid a 'rubber' egg?

I just let my chickens out for the morning and found I had two eggs waiting for me, one a regular egg in a nest box and a completely shell-less egg on the floor of the coop under the roosting perches. I have 5 silkie hens, one that currently has chicks, one that's laying the normal eggs, one that's just finished raising chicks and two that were sold to me as point of lay, who as of yet haven't laid even though I've had them a few months now, but they do look old enough (I don't know their age unfortunately). I can narrow it down to the two younger point of lays and the hen that's just finished with chicks, but she's only just finished, a week or so, do they start laying again that quickly? And if so could the rubber egg be hers? Or is it more likely to be the egg of one of the hens who hasn't laid before? I've had them all for quite a while and this is the first shell-less egg I've got.
Thanks

It's quite likely one if the new layers. They do sometimes lay soft-shelled or shell-less eggs while sorting out their reproductive systems. It may also be the hen that just weaned her chicks. Did she have access to layer feed, calcium supplement lately? I've had hens start laying again while still busy raising chicks, so it's possible she started laying again and needs a little calcium boost.

Young pullets will lay strange eggs. As mentioned make sure the diet is adequate in calcium.

Thanks for the help guys

. Turns out it was the hen who had just weened her chicks. She had access to layer feed and calcium supplement and she's back to regular eggs again. Just sorting herself out I guess
