Hen laying bloody eggs

One of my 10 Golden Comet hens has been laying bloody eggs, one a day for the last 3 days. I'm assuming it's one hen. Anybody know what is wrong?

It generally goes away shortly. I think they get a little tear while laying, it generally heals up in a couple of days.

I am assuming that there is a light smear on the outside of the egg?
