Hen laying eggs that are not round.

1 of my Barred Rocks started laying eggs that are somewhat flat, it is like if you dropped a dough ball its still roundish but flattened. I noticed those eggs being very thin shelled. I was feeding All-flock but since the thin shells on those eggs I feed 50/50 layer and all-flock and always have oyster shells on the side. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

I've read they can be from a slight respiratory infection. The eggs usually get better after a couple of weeks.
