I would let it come out on it’s own. Sorry that she is getting worse. I would try to offer her water with a tsp of sugar per cupful or electrolyte water and hold it up to her beak. Dip her beak if needed. It is hard to know what has made her so ill so quick. Was she vaccinated for anything, such as Mareks? Separate her in a basket or dog crate, and bring her into a warmer spot.
