Hen Laying Soft Eggs For A Month Straight

I have pretty much the same problem with a year and half year old blue Marans, but her eggs are also two colours, like, half is yellow and the other half is brown. I usually give the flock crushed eggshells, but when I saw the soft eggs I started giving them this (the pictures on top) on the side, which I received from the feed place, but she doesn't get better, and I think she lays them when she roosts.
