I am happy today..the feeling of calmness & nothing to complaint

The complaint itself is not a nice feeling..yet, some one has to complaint to let it out of the system.

Today, happiness is ... listening to my chickens on the baby monitor. I especially love hearing my roosters, oops! cockerels crow. But also hearing the hens and pullets discuss who gets to lay their eggs in which nests, and who must wait her turn ... it is like listening to locals in a country store, gossipping around the cracker barrel.

Fish tacos for lunch

I went with hubby to the small grocery store that has some things the big one doesn't.

They had lots of bunches of reduced (very ripe) bananas! 29¢ a pound. I bought 53 pounds of bananas for $15.50!

I have a load of banana chips in the dehydrator, and enough more 'nanners to do another load tomorrow.

This makes me REALLY HAPPY because I am almost out of my home made banana chips.

I have char siu marinating in the 'fridge. It should be very nice when I cook it tomorrow.

We're getting together with a friend we haven't seen in awhile. We tried to get together before the holidays, but she had to cancel due to having a cold.
