Did you feel her abdomen, is it swollen and if so hard or squishy?

We have never dewormed our chickens, should we be doing that? And should we do that to all of our chickens even if they don’t have symptoms?
They usually fall off, and if one is 100% sure they are necrotic, they can be cut off, but don't jump to conclusions and start chopping toes off, lol, just soak, clean, and post new pictures.Is there anything we could do about necrotic toes?

Yes, that toe and even more the nail look quite suspicious. But it could just be mottled legs and dirt.It could be, but that one toes on the left foot looks like it might be necrotic.
