Hen lethargic and puffed up

Hi all,
This is Bianca she’s an 8 month old Wyandotte (I think). I was out cleaning the coop today and noticed she’s quite puffed up and just kinda standing there. Usually she greets me at the run door but I walked over to her and she slowly walked away and resumed the position. I watched her for the rest of the morning and shes continued to act like this around the other girls as well. She laid an egg this morning but her butts a bit messy like maybe she had diarrhea? Should I be concerned she caught something? I was away all week for work so I wasn’t around to notice if this was new but my husband says she was acting ok. I have 4 others and they are all acting normally.

Check her over for anything abnormal. This includes swelling, wounds, bugs, etc. If you could, also watch for her poops.
