hen lethargic not eating or drinking

Hello!
I just got home from college and one of our hens has not been doing well. we’re going on day 4 of her not eating or drinking, and she won’t stand up or move around really.
We have her inside isolated from the rest of our flock but they are all acting normal. we checked her crop and vent to see if she was egg bound. and all was normal. don’t see any mites or anything wither.
she hasn’t really pooped, and we’ve been giving her apple cider vinegar in her water and feeding her scrambled eggs which she ignores.
She is 6 or 7 years old, so i don’t know if she’s sick or just elderly.
any help would be appreciated

Sometimes when this happens we give the hen an egg or mushed up pellets, but usually this is a bad situation for our chickens. Another thing that may be Good if she winds up with a vitamin deficiency is some vitamin E in the egg. Good luck!
