Hen lightly sneezing a lot.

One of my hens has been sneezing softly for about a week and I'm a bit nervous she has something with her respiratory system at this point. It's not a normal loud chicken sneeze, but a soft one like a huff, but still obviously a sneeze.

What should I do?

No change in bedding, and my chickens free roam my backyard and sleep in the trees so no coop.

No other symptoms, maybe eating less? But hard to tell if it's me being paranoid.

If it were infectious bronchitis, a common viral respiratory disease, there probably would be more showing symptoms. I would look at whether she is doing it more when eating dusty dry chicken feed, if she has anything stuck to her nostrils, or something else in the environment affecting her.
