Hen Limping Help !

So I found out that my hen has been limping for the past 3 days. It wasn't that bad at first but now its getting more obvious. The place she sleeps/perches at is on top of a fence-like stand. She has to jump quite a bit and I'm scared her leg will get worse.What should I do????

is it possible for you to isolate her so she can't jump? or make a ramp to the roost?
