Hen Limping serverly?

I noticed one of my chickens was llimping around today so I automatically assumed her leg was broken. So I took her to the vet and he checked her out and said that no, no broken leg but she;s still limping. What could be wrong?

Well he said it was most likely a spain. Today she looked kinda the same. Limping the same. So I looked at the bottom of her feet and they look swollen, and looked kinda of yellow and her legs looked swollen as well. I don't think she's eating so what can i do. Should I force feed her something?
