That looks like redness at the hock where there could be a tendon problem or maybe it from where she is sitting on her hock. Does it seem bigger than the opposite side? I would watch her and see what she seems like tomorrow.

No, its the same size as the opposite side. Is there anything I can do to make it heal faster?

Turns out that there is some redness at the joint, shown in the first picture:
Also, I don't think that there is a problem with her foot:
