Hen loosing balance and tilting her head

She’s been drinking by herself from a bowl last night and so far this morning, I’ve also been leaving her mushy food and shes slowly eating it as well as some greens yesterday. I think she’s doing much better as I took her out of her cage to clean it and she was walking all over porch with little to no trouble. I’m hoping she will stay this way and not go downhill

She is still doing good, even tried to fly out of my hands this morning when I went to give her vitamins lol. Her wings are still a little bit droopy so I’m not sure if she’s ready to go back out with flock but I am wondering how much longer I should be giving her vitamins for?

I'm glad she's doing better!
I would give her the vitamins for at least a week, then taper off.

You may want to take her outside to visit with the others so they get used to seeing her.
