I’ve got a hen who is suddenly balding stop her head. None of my other girls are losing feathers (we have 14 girls in total — no roosters).

The last time mites entered into our coop they caused scaley feet which she does not seem to have. But I know this is sometimes a sign of mites. Just doesn’t feel like the “right” answer in my gut.. if that makes sense.

I’m not sure what is happening and would love some advice.. thanks in advance!

Also—their egg production has gone down recently on the whole. Don’t know if that has anything to do with this or not but thought I’d throw it in just in case!
