Hen losing neck feathers - can anyone give advise?

I have a small flock of 12 hens and 1 rooster. One of my hens has lost the feathers around her kneck. She is the only one affected so far. Other than the loss of feathers, she seems to be fine. Should I be concerned? What, if anything, can I do?

I have a barred rock and she lost her neck feathers late this fall, but they grew back just fine. Molting I believe.

If you could post a pic, it would be easier to tell if shes molting or if she is getting feather pecked by someone in the flock....

I have 8 girls (9 months old) and one of them lost a lot of neck feathers and some tail feathers recently. I was told they go through a mini-molt at around 9 months. She acted normally all through it and has started to grow those lost feathers back. She did seem to lose some weight but she's doing great!
