Hen lost all chest feathers

We just brought home 10 hens that are @ 2yrs. 1 of them has no feathers on its chest an the other girls seem to be pulling out her neck feathers. New at having chickens should I take her out or let her be to fend for herself???

Thanks! They seem to be doing good this morning. The coop they came from was all mud an the hen house was needed to be cleaned an pretty small. They have lots of room to roam in our coop an a hen house that is 2x as big. Enjoy your day an thanks for the info
