Last night I rescued my hen from a predator, she had most of her back end plucked and a 2 inch section of skin was lost. You can see the thigh muscle, but there wasn't a lot of blood and it's still in good shape, not shredded or pulpy. I cleaned it and put antibiotic over the muscle. She's eating this morning, looks alert but tired. Is there anything I can do about the skin?

You did great! I suggest keeping her separated from the rest of the flock to prevent her wounds from getting pecked more. Wait until it heals over before reintroducing her. You may need to put her in a separate area where the chickens can see each other but not get at each other when you're reintroducing her. Neosporn does wonders. If it's healing over OK, you can can consider using a chicken saddle to cover her back. If it covers the wounded area, you might be able to leave her with the flock. If she's weakened, you might want to still keep her separated until she gains her strength.
