Hen makes loud noise on inhale??

We were doing our nightly check on the animals tonight and noticed a loud noise coming from the top roost. It was one of our 5mo old hens. The sound a fussy hen makes is the sound she makes on inhale. I looked down her throat, nothing, she is eating really well, has great looking poo and is now very unhappy about being in a cage in a bedroom. The only thing that I noticed was a bit of clear fluid near her right nare. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I'm off tomorrow and could go try to get her some meds. Thanks a bunch.

Just wanted to add that I started her on Amoxicillin this morning. I have 100mg tabs and managed to get one down her. I got it in her beak and it dissapeared, hoping it went in the right whole! Is this okay?? Not sure what's going on with her, she's still making that 'noise' each time she inhales but no real visible nasal discharge. Her beak stays open so she is having trouble breathing to be sure.
