hen may be a rooster?

Also I forgot to mention that the could be rooster, might be hen black footed chicken...he/she also is the most agressive and will walk right up to you and peck at your fingers if you reach towards it.

Iridescent feathers! That's the word I was searching for in my last posting on the 19th.

Australorps have a beautiful iridescent quality that should be visible by now in your chick if that's what it is. It's much easier to see under natural sunlight than it is under artificial light. I still think you have a little pullet.
