My EE hen (born spring of 2018) has been missing feathers on her neck for quite some time. She has stopped laying so I thought it was molting but the bald area really hasn't progressed and is mostly staying the same. I do have a rooster but I haven't noticed her being picked on, however I can't see the coop from my house. No other hens are bald in this area. My polish hen has a bald spot on the back of her head but I see the rooster grabbing her there all the time. Here's some pictures of the EE, her feathers overall look pretty bedraggled and her skin looks irritated to me. I didn't see any mites when I inspected her but I know they can be sneaky. What do you think?
