Hen missing feathers red belly

I have noticed lately one of my hens is missing some feathers and her belly is red (ish).

Everyone else looks fine. Any guesses? Thanks!

X2. When I zoom in, it looks like she's been pulling at her feathers. Check your other hens too. Mine usually get lice.

OK, so I guess that isn't the same kind of look when a hen gets broody and plucks her feathers? New to this so just wondering.

If she was broody she would not be coming out to roost...she would stay in the nest box all day.
