Hen missing neck feathers.

I just bought 2 young hens. One of them was missing some feathers around her neck. I assumed that they were missing from being pecked at by other chickens. It's been 3 weeks and she acts perfectly healthy but she is still missing the feathers. How long does it take to grow back new feathers or could there be something else wrong?

I purchased some hens from local chicken guy and one had missing feathers around her neck. That was about 3 months ago and they still havent came back. She did grow a few in but for the most part doesnt look like any more are going to grow in. It doesnt seem to bother her and she still lays and acts just like the others. No problems but she sure looks weird.

I wouldn't worry if she's healthy otherwise. Have you checked for mites?
