Hen not actin herself...and squishy sack in breast area

Ok, so my EE hen roxy wasnt actin herself today....she wasnt all energetic like she always is and i found her by herself laying on the ground but not sllepin....i looked at her and didnt remember her having a gusgy sack like thing below her neck, i think the breast are....i felt my others and they had somethin like that....some were harded, some were smaller, some were bigger....is this just a chicken thing or should i be worried? she already laid an egg today too if that helps

It's their crop you are feeling. If the lethargic one's is soft and squishy, see if it doesn't shrink by morning, as she may have an impaction. Could just feel under the weather too and have drank lots of water.

ok, i dont think its TOO big but ill keep an eye on her....wat about hard? my ?Ausie has a hard crop a lot of the time...same with my BR....but not all the time

Its better to have a hard crop than a squishy one.
