Hen not brooding

I swear the Brahmas would set 10 months out of the year if we let them. Whatever you have going, nothing will make them set if they are not of a mind to.

Yeah I bought 2 chicks in July just for that reason do they take good care of their babies?

i have 6 hens in all 4 are production breeds
and 2 are normal like light sussex and australoprs which are renowned for broodiness
the only one that ahs ever brooded is my isa brown lol she is sooo cutye and protective
