Yes. He is past tense. He took me on too many times. He was a nasty boy. My Alpha hen would get in fights with him. He was not a great example of what a rooster should be.

Don’t worry too much if there are no eggs. As a pullet begins to reach the point of laying eggs they often investigate the nest, trying to figure it all out. Good luck!
