Hen not laid egg in over a week will not come out of coop

She is still the same. I have called the vet and he said she could be scared. So I have brought her inside away from what could have scared her. I put a box inside the tractor and she has been sitting on top of it instead of inside of it. I will try a plastic egg and see what she does.

I had already put shavings in the box. I tried putting her in the box several times and she just would come out and sit on top of the box. After a day or two she cried like she missed the flock so I returned her. She was fine. Figure that out! She still is not laying eggs, but she has come out of the coop every morning and eats normal now. I noticed one of the other hens kept pecking at her so I put the other hen inside down the basement with my new chicks and she went into the box and laid an egg. After two days I returned the other hen to the flock and so far no major hen pecking. All seems fine except the first hen has not laid an egg in two weeks.
