Hen not laying, acts normal, tail up, but i feel a bulge below vent

That is definitely a potential problem.
What state are you in?
The space between the pelvic bones doesn't change overnight. It is a gradual response to hormonal signals.

I am in CO, and live at 10,000 feet. The other ladies are the same age and all still laying. Will take some photos tomorrow. For sure she's acting completely normal but she was laying about 5 times a week until almost 3 weeks ago now, and zero eggs since.

I wouldn't worry about the dearth of eggs but the lump concerns me.
You have some good avian pathologists you may want to contact for advice.
