Hen not laying after dog attack

we had a stray dog attack our entire flock about a month ago. Only two survived. One of our roosters (falcon) and one barred rock hen (Matheus). Marheus had her back ripped open and a deep puncture on her back. We thought she was dead but she regained herself surprisingly. Now ever since then, Matheus has acted very strange. As in if you call her, she turns her head completely upside down to look at you, she doesn’t act like a normal chicken anymore. She acts like a puppy which is very weird. She wants to be held, she follows you and literally acts depressed when you leave her. She has completely healed but has not layed any eggs since the attack. She is about 1 1/2 old. We are keeping her regardless if she lays or not but just want to know if she will or why she can’t lay eggs.

She could have sustained a brain injury, thus the weird head movements.
What all and how exactly are you feeding?
She may need some extra nutrition/vitamins.

She probably won't lay until she is fully healed, or may never again if there were internal injuries...only time will tell.

She is probably attached to you because of the time spent tending to her wounds,
and there's no other chickens for her to commune with.
How is the cock/erel acting, does he hang out with her?

Posting a video of her head movements might help, up load to youtube then link here.

She eats their normal laying pellet feed. Her treats are cracked corn and mealworms plus whatever she gets out of the ground. She is with my game rooster that I had just got. They have a bond now. Falcon is doing great. Only had some feathers missing. We bought him a few hens to keep him company but they had ganged up on Matheus which is why I moved her. I will try to post a video but we were thinking brain damage too. We were actually surprised that she made it. All her feathers even grew back

She should probably be eating an all-flock feed, something with less calcium and more protein that a typical layer feed, with oyster shell separately offered, in case she does start laying eggs again. She's lucky to be alive, poor girl.
