Hen not laying in her nest?

Our hen has laid eggs, but not in her nest box. She laid it off of the perch, and of course it broke! Is there anyway to make her lay the eggs in her box.

Mine did that as well. I put a few of those plastic Easter eggs in their boxes for encouragement. It worked!
