Hen not laying?

One of our Black Sex Link hens never laid an egg today and kept sitting down like she was going to.
It's 9:04pm at the time of this being posted so they're all in bed but I still want to find out what's wrong with her.

If the egg is stuck inside her, what should I do?
If she's sick, should I give all the chickens medicine?

We've never had this happened, that's why I'm worried.

Dont panic. Hopefully there will an egg in the nest this morning. If not, she will probably lay for you today. I've had Black Stars do the same thing as yours.
