Hen not walking help please

The 2 I recommended are the ones that will get round, cecal, gape, and capillary worms. There is a Dewormer capsule and Aquasol liquid available which are too low in dosage to get all of those worms. Both have fenbendazole the same ingredient that is in the SG goat wormer, but you would not get the protection from those. Capillary worms are dangerous.

When was her last egg? I would suspect that she has a reproductive disorder that is making it difficult to walk. I would trim off any poop under her vent and wash her off. Flystrike where flies lay maggot larvae on skin around droppings or wounds, can be deadly in hot weather. Consider worming her with SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 1.25 ml orally for 5 consecutive days. Offer some scrambled egg and wet chicken feed twice a day. Feel of her crop early morning before she eats or drinks to make sure that her crop is emptying overnight. Crop problems can occur at the same time as reproductive problems. Feel of her lower abdomen under her vent for any enlargement.
So 1.25 ml once a day directly to her mouth not mixed in water? There is all kinds of different dosages on google… so confusing.

I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for a week. Deworming as suggested is a good idea. Safeguard Liquid Goat dewormer dosing is below.

Re-check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight.

Safeguard 10% Liquid Goat Dewormer or 10% Equine Paste dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row.

I started her on the dewormer today, is it okay to also do the 300mg of calcium while she is being dewormed? I am keeping an eye on her crop! If it seems to not be emptying overnight what should i do? Thanks!

Yes, it's fine to give the calcium.

Re-check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, if it's not emptying, then address that symptom according to the article below.

Often if a hen is having some reproductive difficulties, the crop can also become sluggish due to inflammation in the body. Goes hand in hand it seems.
