B12 is not what you need. B complex was recommended by @azygous in your other thread. Super B complex is found in grocery and drug stores in the vitamin aisle. It contains all B vitamins including B 2 riboflavin. B12 is only one vitamin, and you need riboflavin or B 2 for leg issues. Can you get a clear closeup of that leg and foot, and look closely for a hair, string, or leg band that may have cut off circulation?

Is this right? How much do I give her?

You can give 1/4-1/2 tablet daily crushed into food or a spoonful of water, or pop it into the back of the beak. I would wonder if she might have a paralyzed leg, which could be a sign of Mareks disease. It can strike at this age. Hopefully, it is not that, but I would try the vitamins for 2 weeks to see if they help.

Strange how the leg is so skinny compared to the other. Are there any other injuries on her body under the feathers?

I have a hen that was bit by a dog, and fell out off the perch and couldn't walk for several weeks, but had since recovered. It may be a fall injury that will heal. Ive also had lots of older roosters with leg problems, but most of them I think were also fall injuries and they can heal, but it may be slow recovery. My hen has roosters that stand guard over her all day, because the roosters will bother her. But it's better she is out trying to walk than being forced to sit all day in one spot.

All I could do while she was healing was put her by food and water everyday, and then put her in her bed at night along with the medicines and vitamins in her beak. She sleeps alone at night now in a seperate box, and limps now but is walking.
