Hen not well

She will drinks a bit, is passing urine and dk green stool slimy, but still sits stands with head way back and truned 90 degree off forward, can't tell, the way she sits it would look like a full crop, but on exam its not. I think she is egg bound, but on exam no egg so I am at a loss here. She is strong enough to really fight feeding.

She is still with us, strong enought to really fight being forced fed or watered. Comb and whattles nice red, passing stool kind of dk green. dk brown but formed and large, no egg. She is able to walk and follows my daughter around. When I work I leave her in the Mbath as its large and easy to clean and warm, wet and cold, figure she'll keep weight better inside, but nothing is getting the egg out (can't feel the egg either) any more suggestions. she's not comfortable, but also not real uncomfortable....and ofcourse this has now become my kids favorite. Any further suggestions

can you tell me what happened with your hen.

i brought home a 7 month old hen last week who has had dark green poop with watery fluid. she did just lay her first egg today.

i hope your hen is ok.
