Hen off the nest but two eggs still hatching

My hen left her nest this morning with nine chicks. When I went to clean out the nest there was one pipped egg and the chick is still working it's way around and the hole is getting bigger. The other egg has no external pip but the chick is moving and squeaking. What do I do now??

Ok, number 10 hatched all on its own, big and strong with a LOUD voice! So mother hen went back to see what was going on and has settled back on the nest with the other nine kids! Now hopefully number 11 will manage to pip and progress normally.

Congratulations on all the new babies, I am glad to hear your momma hen went back to her nest to take care of her late hatches

Its night time here so I haven't checked again. When I closed her in for the night she was still sitting on it, and all 10 chicks! Isn't it amazing how so many babies can just disappear into a hen?!

It's especially cute when the chicks peek at you from the top of mom's wing.
