hen on eggs

I am a new chicken owner not sure what to do when she is laying on eggs. Do I need to separate her from the other hens & rooster. Can I move her to clean the nest. Please give me advice

Just move her and take the eggs she will be fine

i want her to stay on them but i didnt know weather to seperate her from the other roosters or hens.
