Hen on hen aggression

[Winter Creek]

The aggressor was not laying at first. She got a time out with her helper/aggressor. After 8 days, they were reintroduced to the small flock. It was ok for a couple of hours. Then the really mean girl went after the same hen she wounded before. Aggressor now in solitary. Any advice for moving forward?
