Hi I just got given a polish chicken its about 18 weeks old and I dont no if it a hen or a roster can anyone help me

"It" looks like a pullet to me. A male would have sharper crest feathers and a less puff crest, as well as redder comb/wattles.

Probably when its 5-7 months old. Judging from the comb and wattle development, I'd say not for at least another two weeks. When she gets closer to laying, her comb and wattles and face will become redder.
