hen or bator???

our bantam hen has layed 3 eggs so far and i have 26 eggs that i succesfully hatched out of the incubator. we also have let two of our hens try to hatch their own eggs and not 1 hatched!!! 2 of them we found that it was kind of like the shell was gone and all that was left was a dried membrane and a dead chick. so my question would be should i let her set or should i incubate them? shes not broody or anything yet. im just wanting to kno before she goes broody? also we want a lot of eggs from this hen because we only have 1 hen and rooster of this breed and there getting pretty old? so i think my best bet would be incubator? but im not sure

hard to say.... personally if she is not broody and has not proven herself a good mom, i would put them in the incubator. just my two cents though.
