You'll be fine. Inbreeding in poultry is perfectly acceptable, even if the pullets are related to the cockerel. You will probably want to bring in new blood in a couple of years, but some poultry have been line bred for generations. Here's some information on breeding poultry for you:

Remember, you don't need to get EEs. You can get a few birds that lay really well, such as white Leghorns or RSL, mate them to your rooster, and make your own line of EEs. You could also get some Marans pullets and make olive eggers. Once you have the Ameraucana rooster, you can make EEs by crossing him with any bird you'd like.

the arent getting an Amer rooster, they are getting Amer or EE to put with the Marans rooster

Yes I have just found EE pullets an hour from me, to put with my Maran rooster. I now hav 2 maran pullets instead of three maran roosters! Very pretty and sweet, 4 months old. So... if I put leghorns to my maran rooster id get EEs??
